Jason, My Spotwalla has suddenly stopped picking up my inREach feed. I went into 'device update" and made sure the sharing button was checked. I also reloaded the "raw" feed. I am in Africa and, up until today, it worked fine. The track does show up on my inReach map so my device is reaching the satellite. Any suggestions?" Thanks
I opened a ticket with DeLorme. It may be useful for others to do the same. I can sometimes get to explore.delorme.com, but whenever I try to hit my Raw KML Feed URL I get a 503-Service Unavailable error. Here's what I posted to technical support (support.delorme.com)...
My raw KML feed link hasn't worked since yesterday (9/21) around 5PM Central. When I try to hit the KML feed URL, I get a 503-Service Unavailable error:
So it looks like their KML Feed services are operational again. I haven't received a reply on my support ticket and never go through to support (only stayed on hold 20 minutes). I'll keep an eye on it, but it appears it's resolved.
It picked up my missing day but again, did not pick up today's track. It shows on the inReach mnap so it must not be sending it to Spotwalla again. Hopefully they get this fixed soon. Thanks for trying Jason. Rod
