HI Jason, maybe I have understood the capability of the system wrongly, but I have set up my inreach, sent two messages with canned messages (which include position) and they even show in my dashboard on spotwalla, but are not forwarded to my email address.
a) is this supposed to work? (or only for live track feature) b) is there a way to test this singular part of the system, ie by sending a test message from my spotwalla account to my email? (this might be a feature request I guess, to have a button on the setup page to fire a test message (with otherwise the same sysstem credentials), also so that other recipients within my 10-contact-mailing list can configure their spam detection prior to my trip).

I found your account and looked over the device configuration. The interface appears to be working fine. I see the two messages you're referring to. I also looked over the Email Notification configuration. The email profile, testprofilename, looks good.
The issue is you haven't created the device notification which links the device to that profile.
When you get to the Email Notification page, select the Message Type, Message Category and Notification Profile and then click the Add Notification button. Send another message and see what happens.
