I have a map embedded at tandemplustiger.com/ to show our progress in our cycling trip. I'd like to have the map zoom out a little by default to show more of the context of where we are, but changing the "zoomLevel" attribute doesn't seem to have any effect. The "showAll" attribute is also set to "yes", but this doesn't seem to be working either.

I think I have the same issue.
The old embed code used to correctly use the Show All tag. The new code does not seem to work with that so you end up with a map zoomed into the current location. This only seems to be an issue with active maps.
Take a look at this page on my website: thisbigroadtrip.com/route/ The main 'Where We've Been' ACTIVE trip is at the top. Zoomed right in despite me asking it not to.
Scrolling down, all of the countries after that are Trips created from my main device that have all 'ended'. Their start and finish date are in the past. All of these maps show as i would like the Active map to show. Zoomed out so all points can be seen.
