I looked at your account. The device is setup properly... kinda. Two things. First, the shared page you're using to configure your device in SpotWalla doesn't have any locations. If you have locations in your SPOT account, then your shared page is whack. I encourage you to delete that one, create a new one and use it to configure your device in SpotWalla. And if you simply haven't sent any locations lately, fire up your device and send a message or two.
Second, on the device update page just below the Shared Page Url field there's a toggle that's used to enable/disable the device's message interface. Currently, your device's message interface is disabled...
Make sure to switch that toggle to yes and update your device. Let me know what happens.
I am sorry but under the second point to check is the shared page url field in spot or spotwalla. I cannot find it to get to that toggle. I have locations in spot for 6/28 and 6/27 but they are not going to spotwalla. It has worked perfectly in 2015 and 2016 but it not working now and I do not know what i did.
You've already done most of these steps. Steps 8-11 are what you'll need to do. They consist of creating a shared page in your SPOT account and using the shared page's URL to configure your device in SpotWalla.
my spotwalla page sees the trip, but says there are no locations. The SPOT map shows plenty and I am getting messages from the device. I have used SpotWalla plenty in the past with no issues but not since 2018 and I am struggling right now. Can you help please, I have a trip starting in a few days. Thanks
